Therapeutic Massage

Clinical massage is a results-oriented approach focused on identifying and addressing the underlying causes of pain, restriction, and dysfunction. Initial sessions are guided by communication and may include myofascial release, trigger point work, PNF/MET, and corrective movement strategies as appropriate. This work is well-suited for people dealing with chronic tension, injury recovery, overuse patterns, postural stress, or physically demanding training or jobs. The goal is improved mobility, reduced pain, and more efficient movement—not just short-term relief.

Relaxation massages are available upon request.
