Therapeutic Massage + Stretching
When we take care of our bodies, our bodies take care of us.
Focus on mobility
Stretching keeps us healthy, strong, and flexible and helps prevent injury. It’s something that should be part of our daily routine and as much of a priority as exercise. Without stretching, we become tight and prone to injury, straining muscles and overcompensating with others, sometimes experiencing pain in our joints, and ultimately limiting our range of motion.
About
Leah Hadgis, B.S., is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), Stretch Specialist, certified yoga instructor, and has been in practice since 2022. Her expertise centers around therapeutic massage, myofascial, PNF, and trigger point release techniques. She also partners with other local practitioners to create a well-rounded, clinical support network for those looking to move and feel better.
Leah has a background in competitive powerlifting, was in software/IT for over a decade prior to becoming an LMT, and enjoys road trips, hiking, and yoga. It’s likely you will find her out and about with friends supporting local music venues and restaurants in Akron.
“Leah helped me loosen up my neck and shoulders, and I can now do yard work for a day with minimal pain. I’ve noticed a more range of motion twisting side-to-side. It feels great to move!”
